If you have any questions or queries about products or orders, you can contact us via email using our contact form. We will endeavour to respond to all emails within 24 hours of receiving your message. Most orders will be received within a day but please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail's parcel service. Where possible, we will include a tracking number in your dispatch email. Unfortunately we do not currently dispatch orders to addresses outside the UK. The privacy of our customers is extremely important to us. The information submitted by our customers for purchases will be used exclusively for the service of our customers. We will not share any customer information with third parties or distribute it for marketing purposes. We offer a no-quibble 14-day returns policy. Tiny Toes Baby Shoes wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it back to us for an exchange of equal value or refund (less all shipping charges). All items must be returned in new condition or like new condition. For further return questions, please contact us prior to returning your order at customerservices@tinytoesbabyshoes.com.
